10D Pipe Bend

GanpatInd is a manufacturer and supplier of 10 Bends. The 10 bends are pipe fittings that have an extra-long curvature radius i.e. ten times the main drain bore diameter(D). A part of the pipe is formed or twisted in a loop. The width of the curve is determined in the centerline. The bent centerline measurement is 10 times the pipe segment’s normal diameter being twisted. 10D indicates the bend radii of the tube section is three times the average pipe diameter. More precisely long elbow radius is built with curvature radius 1.5D and beyond that, it should be referred to as bent instead of the elbow. As such it can be referred to as long radius ‘ bend’ rather than an elbow in the case of a 10D curvature scale. Bending of a 10D pipe is a stretching of the shaft, the bending radius is 10 times the outside diameter of the vessel.
