The high chromium and nickel content of Incoloy 330 Sheets offer excellent resistance to carburization and oxidation. Oxidation resistance and Carburization to approximately 2100 Deg F are improved by the content of silicon of these Incoloy 330 Plates. The austenitic microstructure of Incoloy 330 Coils rests stable throughout long – time exposure to soaring temperature. SS 330 Sheets (UNS N08330) is welded effortlessly by all conventional procedures. Meanwhile, these SS 330 Plates are also being offered in different sizes and shapes to our customers. SS 330 Coils is actually an austenitic, nickel – chromium – iron – silicon alloy that has outstanding resistance to oxidation and carburization up to 2200 Degree F with high strength. Ra 330 Sheets also has excellent anti – corrosion and oxidation properties. With a nickel content of 34 percent to 37 percent, Ra 330 Plates remains highly resistant to both chloride stress corrosion cracking and embrittlement from the precipitation of sigma phase. Slow speeds, positive feeds, sulphureted lubricants and rigid mounts are generally recommended for Ra 330 Coils. Due to controlled chemistry and proprietary heat treatment, Incoloy 330 Slatting Coils outperforms the generic versions. Incoloy 330 Perforated Coils are widely used in furnaces, baking applications, petroleum industry.
