With their joint strength and resistance to corrosion, this nickel brazing Monel 400 Electrode is ideal for jet engine parts and assemblies, food handling equipment, nuclear energy and carbide tools. Our Monel 400 Welding can only be hardened by further rolling, while showing excellent corrosion resistance, which is higher than that of pure nickel in reduced environments and better than that of copper in oxidizing environments. This Alloy 400 Electrode is a solid solution alloy that can be hardened by the process of cold working. Our Alloy 400 Filler Wire is also known as super alloy, where series of nickel – copper alloys are grouped. The proportions of copper and nickel used to make this Alloy 400 Welding Wire are the same as that found in the nickel ore found in Ontario mines.
