This Nickel 200 Hexagon Nipple has proven to be useful in a number of applications such as flue – gas desulfurization, chemical processing, food processing and storage as well as pharmaceutical applications to name a few. The nickel, chromium, molybdenum and copper levels of our Nickel 200 One End Threaded Nipple provide excellent general corrosion resistance. Restricted carbon plus columbium stabilization permits welded fabrications in these Nickel 200 Both End Threaded Nipple, which is to be used in corrosive environments, normally without post – weld heat treatment. Our Nickel 200 Concentric Swaged Nipple is a super – austenitic stainless alloy developed for maximum corrosion resistance to sulphuric acid and other aggressive environments not suitable for typical austenitic grades. This Nickel 200 Eccentric Swaged Nipple also proves adequate resistance to nitric acid, concentrated sulphuric acid, dilute acetic acid and naphtha. Our Alloy 200 Hexagon Reducing Nipple is also stabilized with Columbium to minimize carbide precipitation during welding.
