The fabrication of these Incoloy 825 Flat Bars is typical of nickel – base alloys, with material being readily formable and weldable by a variety of techniques. The titanium addition serves, by means of an appropriate heat treatment, to stabilize our Incoloy 825 Threaded Bars against sensitization to inter – granular corrosion. These Incoloy 825 Hollow Bars is characterized by good toughness, even under continuous operation, at both room and elevated temperatures, up to approximately 550 Degree C (1020 Degree F). Our Incoloy 825 Hexagonal Bars is a nickel – base alloy generally similar to Alloy 20 in aqueous corrosion, which requires no post – weld heat treatment. These Incoloy 825 Triangular Bars has good stress corrosion cracking resistance performance, along with good resistance for pitting and crevice corrosion performance.
