The addition of copper to Stainless Steel 329 Angle gives it corrosion resistant properties superior to the conventional chrome nickel stainless steels, in particular to sulphuric, phosphoric and acetic acids. The austenitic structure also gives Stainless Steel 329 C-Channel excellent toughness, even down to cryogenic temperatures. The high strength and corrosion resistance of our Stainless Steel 329 H-Beam make it a better choice than the conventional stainless steels and a cost effective alternative to more expensive nickel – base alloys where excellent formability, weldability, strength and corrosion resistance are essential. Because of its nitrogen content, Stainless Steel 329 I-Beam has greater tensile strength than common austenitic stainless, while retaining high ductility and impact strength. The ASME allowable stresses for our Stainless Steel 329 T-Beam are up to 75 % higher than for 316L stainless, and more than twice those for the copper – nickel alloys. 329 Stainless Steel Angle is a widely used high – temperature bearing structural member of austenitic heat resistant alloy of high strength. Our 329 Stainless Steel Chain is mainly due to the addition of carbon, aluminium, titanium, and annealed at a minimum temperature of 1149 Degree C in order to achieve the grain size or more grades of crude.
